MERCHANDISING

AVAILABILITY of products and materials is a basic prerequisite for a happy customer and a satisfied dealer, and especially for your sales.

Both products as promotional materials need to be at the POS or HoReCa available in sufficient quantity, properly set and displayed, because that is the only way to ensure their qualitative availability.

Depending on the sales channel and the market structure, ensuring the availability includes:

  • Sales or launching a  new product on the market – acquiring new customers, negotiating on the primary and secondary positions at retail outlets, product promotion;
  • sales promotion with positioning – creating or resetting of planograms, ensuring the availability on the shelves,
  • positioning, sorting and stacking of products, night filling and additionally equipping shelves;
  • preparing recommendations for ordering and re-ordering, control of inventory and dates of usage;
  • setting up promotional material, stands and action campaigns;
  • training activities and monitoring of external collaborators;
  • reporting from the field.

BTL

Our main concern is to find the way for your products into the consumer’s basket while simultaneously increasing purchases.

This includes all activities related to the promotion of the product. Services are specifically aimed at the target the consumers at the POS, HoReCa or outdoors in order to improve sales.

BTL activities include sampling, tastings and presentation of products or services, and promotional activities affecting a particular segment of consumers. They include activities in the field of consulting and brand ambassadorship. Regular promotional activities include activities related to sales, merchandising, training and supervision.

In addition to traditional promotional activities within stores, we offer our partners organizing events and experiential marketing (consumers can experience something different, try something new and convey their feelings in the form of a mouth-to-mouth campaign), which is generally based on the classic, children and traveling events in Slovenia and Croatia.

Data collection, surveys, analysis and assessment of the situation for the purpose of developing a future strategy based on facts. It covers research activities related to monitoring, as well as facts related to products or services at the POS or HoReCa, which are specifically tailored to your needs. This includes the compliance verification, monitoring of key performance indicators, mystery shopping, consumer surveys at points of sale regarding their satisfaction and values.

Given the scope and objective, monitoring can cover the collection of direct feedback from the field, and training which is also conducted on the field.
